Integrity Toys Spring Unveiling: TULABELLE
You all know I’ve been WAITING and DYING for this line to come out. It is my gateway drug back into the 16″ lines. I swore I was only getting one. That one being Pomp & Circumstance who I saw in person at IT Con, but no, IT had to be crazy and make more amazing Tulabelle’s that would worm their way into my fashion loving heart. The fact that she’s a fashion blogger (I think IT found my alter-ego here) makes me want her even more. See folks, storylines DO affect my spending habits. So let’s check out this fab fab girl…
J’adore, J’adore!! So cute and casual in her pink outfit! For me a pass, as she’s too basic for me, but she is adorable!

Violet Femme – I so want her, but she was a last minute add on, so we’ll see if I get confirmed for her. I adore her Misaki-esque feel and those sneakers are awesome! I need a pair in my size. Seriously. Like for realz. IT? Can we make that happen?

Okay, so at this point in the presentation I was expecting Pomp next. yeah, yeah, yeah, I know, nothing new, so let’s just get on with it. THEN! They showed this freakin’ doll! I seriously almost fell out of the stupid computer chair in my school library. I choked back some kind of crazy sound that was fighting it’s way out. MUST. HAVE. THIS. FREAKING. DOLL. Period. I don’t know what to say other than out of everything I’ve seen for probably the last 2 years is UTTER perfections AS IS for me!!! I want to be this doll! For realz. She is AMAZEBALLS gorgeous, her outfit is AMAZEBALLS perfection and her face & hair is just freaking AMAZEBALLS. Did I mention she’s AMAZEBALLS? Yeah. ’nuff said. Other than I want to copy her outfit and be her in real life for the next convention.

So this is the doll I already knew I was getting. So I could gush on about her, but she’s just perfect to me too. Love the leopard coat mixed with the classic cuts of the white top with black piping and the red cigarette pants. AND… she comes with 2 pairs of shoes!!! Yay x 2!

and Here is the 3rd girl that took all my money. First off she’s a redhead and her hairstyle is gorgeous, so I needed her. That little gold mini dress is great and I love the juxtaposition of the light blue biker jacket on top. I actually do this myself!! Is IT following me around and copying my style? Methinks possibly so… Anywhoo, I love the look of throwing a motorcyle jacket on something really feminine to bring it down a notch. And can we take a moment to observe those boots!! …….. okay, moment over. THOSE BOOTS! I die again and again. Totally McQueen inspired!
Coated in Glamour

And then they showed this girl and I said “YOUNG CARRIE BRADSHAW”!!! So completely and utterly Young Carrie Bradshaw. Is anyone else out there watching the Carrie Diaries?? Anyway, gut instict said BUY BUY BUY, but I just noticed the 3 I did want were all $150 each, so I had to draw the line somewhere and the line was drawn in front of this girl. But who knows, June is far off so she may somehow end up on my list…

I’m dying over this line! So excited, and already so obsessed! I ordered “J’Adore”, “Pomp & Circumstance” and “Coated in Glamour”. But I’m starting to get the itch to add “Trend Spotted” too. You’re right, so very Carrie Diaries. Tula was the only collection I ordered from the Spring unveiling.
Nice! I ordered 3 and want to add trend spotting.
These dolls are TDF! And will be my first “16 from IT. But I hope you know that once she’s “at home” with you, I’m going to make sure an Ellowyne is not far behind.
So save room!
Haha… I know it will happen one day… Sweet, sweet Ello…
Great! I am so excited about this line. Surprising for me since I prefer the more mature faces, but like you, I ordered 3!!! I am itching to see these dolls. YES!!!!!!!!
Yay! we’re all loving these girls!
My jaw dropped when these girls were revealed at the webinar on Saturday. I had to restraint myself and only pre-order only 4 of them. I LOVE this line!
Hey, you got 1 more than me! of course I still want to add Trend spotting, so I may end up with 4 LOL
Five now. I just “had” to go back and get Yeti to Wear. She seems to be the most popular one. I didn’t want to regret not getting her now and have to paid secondary prices for her later. Okay, I need to stop now. Lol!
I ordered Violet Femme – absolutely love her! I got the Misaki vibe too, probably why she’s the one I couldn’t resist. I thought all of them were wonderful, though, love what they are doing with this line.
Congrats! Yeah, I’m truly impressed with this line.
I love this collection. I had ordered Coated glamour and Yeti to Wear. Simply mervellous!
Congrats Maria!
You perfectly described my reaction to this fabulous collection!! I was also blown away by all the Tulah’s, especially when “Yeti” hit the screen. I ordered 4 (Yeti, the gorgeous red-head, Pomp & Cirsumstance and the young Carrie Bradshaw). I look forward to seeing what else they have in store for this line!
Congrats on all 4! i can’t even imagine what will come next in this line!
I’m just about speechless….all of these gorgeous dolls are absolutely AMAZING! Everything you said about this Collection is spot on! I can’t even pick a favorite, but I do keep going back to “Pomp and Circumstance”. There is just way too much to be excited about….so many great dolls this ‘Season’!
I know! I haven’t been this excited in a while!
I was DYING over this line! I didn’t think anything could make me more excited than Jem, but mannnnn, Tulabelle so did it. I wound up getting 4 – everything you got plus confirmation on Violet Femme. I’m also really itching to get Trend Spotted. Her Gretel hair is amazing, and I LOVE HER BOOTS. June really is far off, so there is a chance I’ll still email my dealer and ask to add her to the list. Hell, I’ll probably add j’Adore while I’m at it. She seems the least popular, but she’s still really awesome.
LOL that was my thought. Add to the order now and have extra time to save up.
I said I wouldn’t get any of the 16″ dolls. I said it and said it.
Now I’ve pre-ordered Coated in Glamour. I wavered between her and Yeti to Wear but in the end the red hair and lack of bangs won out. Plus that jacket… Oh the jacket!
Damn you Integrity!
LOL, I know, I know…
She is like a mix between Misaki and Amelie. I swear.
Her fashions are so fabulous, that my 12″ girls are jealous/upset.
I would luv her to come in 12″ for once. That Anna Sui inspired fashion alone is brilliant.
Yes! that’s the mix! oh geez, if they did this in 12″ I’d probably buy them in both sizes, LOL
Ok, so if this was a 12″ line, I think IT would have a serious issue on their hands as this entire line would have sold out immediately. I would have bought every one.
I tried for Yeti to Wear – everything about her is gorg (even though I find her face is the harshest of the lot) but missed out with my dealer….not too fussed as I’m not a 16″ collector and know my monies will be best spent later in the year, but once again, IT should have made these girls in 12″ line….or at least the fashions!
I’ve never collected 16-inch dolls before but Tulabelle won me over. I only ordered Coated in Glamour, but I’m fighting the urge to order another… torn between Violette Femme and Yeti to Wear. I was prepared to only order the Holograms but Tulabelle found her way onto my must-have list. I agree with you that her backstory adds to her appeal. A fashion blogger who has access to her family’s fashion archive AND Poppy’s granddaughter? So many possibilities for the future. Another IT hit!
Hey…I know this is long after your original post, but kohl’s is selling shoes JUST LIKE violet femme’s. They’re Vera Wang. Your wish to have them human sized came true!!
Thanks Kim!
