My Dynamite Girls arrived! So that means a study break and photographs! I used this set for mix and matching into my collection. I stole Jasper’s clothes, Dayle’s body, and parts of Reese’s outfit. The only doll I’m keeping is Reese because I think she is just lovely. I like the little braid pulled back around her hair – super cute! and she of course looks fab redressed. So I know it made the national news today, but yesterday around 3pm the power went out in all of San Diego County. It stretched into Baja and into Arizona as well. 5 Million of us lost power at the same time. It was pretty crazy for it to happen on the 2nd hottest day of the summer too. You couldn’t get any phone calls through and so I was busy listening to the radio from my phone to get the news. Everything went into shutdown. All the businesses let employees go home, you couldn’t get gas or groceries and the traffic lights everywhere were out. I got a text message from the hubby since you couldn’t make calls. It was mentioned yesterday on my recent DG shots being “blurry”, LOL, but they were right. I’ve noticed I am taking more photos & throwing more out before posting here because when I load them up on the computer I notice the “blur”. The reason? Well I got a new prescription for my contacts last week and I think it’s too strong, which affects what I see through the camera lens. I am starting to get a little irritated with it, and am considering going back to my old prescription. I notice it when I’m driving at night too. Well, the 3rd and final girl in the set is Downtown Darling Jett. I stated before that Jett was always my favorite facemold from the older editions and I think Aria is my new fav. I still think this Jett is really pretty though and kind of has a Madonna type feel to her (80′s Madonna of course).
