So I hope everyone out there enjoyed their St. Patty’s day yesterday! As for us, the hubby has Irish roots…literally too!… (his beard grows in red while his hair is brown, LOL) so that means it’s a day in which we are obligated to participate in festivities. We headed to an Irish bar/restaurant, ate corned beef and cabbage and Irish stew, threw back a few many glasses of Jameson Irish Whiskey and proceeded to sing drunk Irish songs about drinking that involved clapping and pounding on our wooden table. Well, she arrived today! She is such a gorgeous dark rich skintone. I even did a quick comparison shot to GP Eugenia (check my flickr to see), who is the darkest skintone I have, and although they are both dark, GP comes off a little orangey in her undertone whereas Discreet has a rich brown undertone. Although gorgeous and sexy, I’m not blown away. I think in general now the Monograms have lost their appeal to me. I felt that way when I saw them at IDEX, but of course I had already preordered her.
