Hot Night in a Cool City

So I know it made the national news today, but yesterday around 3pm the power went out in all of San Diego County.  It stretched into Baja and into Arizona as well.  5 Million of us lost power at the same time.  It was pretty crazy for it to happen on the 2nd hottest day of the summer too.  You couldn’t get any phone calls through and so I was busy listening to the radio from my phone to get the news.  Everything went into shutdown.  All the businesses let employees go home, you couldn’t get gas or groceries and the traffic lights everywhere were out.   I got a text message from the hubby since you couldn’t make calls.  He left work shortly after the blackout and there were people trapped in...

Heart of Glass

Okay, I do love Rufus, but the moment I opened the box on Aria, I was totally in awe.  I have to admit, in the old facemolds, Jett was my favorite.  Now though, it’s definitely Aria – she’s as brilliantly done as Chill Aria!  She’s got so much attitude in front of the camera, that it makes me laugh.  I did take a peek at Jett, who looks amazing too, but I’ll save her deboxed pics for tomorrow, along with a photoshoot with all 3 together.  The hubby loves Aria best too, although he does love Rufus’ hair.  He kept saying “These are Dynamite Girls?” to me as I showed them to him.  See, even he can see how much the quality has improved in these girls!  From the...
