Odds & Ends & Pics

So I feel like I’ve been MIA for awhile and that’s partly because it’s always a little slower with doll inundations at the beginning of the year and partly because I have become a slave to studying.  I had to sell a few dolls a week or so ago to come up with $550 for my acupuncture board exam next month (yikes!).  So I have been dedicating about 5 hours a day to studying the past few weeks.  I will be VERY glad once the exam is over (and I pass of course!).  Also got my shipping notice for my DG’s to arrive next week – yay! I’m excited to see them.  I also picked up a NF body for Bergdorf Poppy yesterday and I think I’ll be stealing Dayle’s body for SC Poppy.  So...

What Can I Say? I’m On A Roll!

I know, I know…. this is alot of redressing for one day, LOL.  I told you I’m making up for next week in advance! First up – I swapped Ayumi’s dress onto the IFDC Rayna/Dorothy doll.  I have to admit that I am copying someone else who did this.  I saw their fab pics and saw how great that dress looked with Rayna’s coloring and therefore I had to do it myself.  This Rayna always impresses me at the ease to which she photographs. What I mean is that I literally took these 3 shots and that’s all I needed.  It’s always like that when I photograph her for some reason. Sunset Rave

Oh yeah, oh yeah…. LOVING this girl! She’s my bad-ass rocker chick now.  LOL, my reaction was sooo different when redressing and photographing her compared to Imogen.  The hubby (in the other room) could here me yelling out things while I photographed her and the conversation went as follows: hubby: “Who are you shooting?”  shug: “the Color Infusion Ayumi” hubby: “You sound so excited!”  shug: “Heck yeah, this girl is amazing!” hubby: “Well screw Imogen then!!” LOL – yes, I’m at peace over the whole Imogen situation now.  Why the guilt I wonder?
