The Coffin Bean

This little playset is really great! I’m excited to have some sort of furniture on my MH shelf so the girls aren’t just standing and looking bored.  I would love to buy the school playset, but I seriously have no room for it, so the smaller sets will have to do.  I haven’t bought any of the bedroom sets as that’s not my thing either, so the Coffin Bean was right up my alley! (thanks again to R for picking me up one!) I also took the extra food pieces that came with some of my previous dolls to use in the set.  Now I need to find more of them off the dolls I didn’t buy, LOL.  That will be a challenge I’m sure!   I do like this Clawdeen with her bangs and ponytail, but not better...

MH Fashion Packs!

So I broke down and ordered the 4 new fashion packs off of eBay when I saw one at a decent price.  I don’t even have Spectra yet and she already has an outfit now, LOL.  Can we all say “Monster High Madness”? Yep, I have succumbed… So those arrived today – yay! – as well as my V.Jhon outfit, but that will be photographed tomorrow since the hubby and I are going downtown to eat tonight. A night on the town! Well, it’s only because it’s Restaurant Week in San Diego and we love good food so much that we save a little bit of money each month specifically so we can hit up 2 restaurants during this week.  Tonight I will be dining at the Cosmopolitan Hotel & Restaurant...

Frankie gets some new clothes!

So when I was at Target the other day I also picked up a Moxie Girlz outfit and Bratz outfit.  I wanted to see if they’d fit these MH girls and they were only $4 so I wouldn’t feel bad if I bought them and they didn’t fit.  Well both bottoms fit my Frankie perfectly and the tops fit fine in length, but when you wrap the top around in back, it’s long. I’m happy to say they work though!  It will just wrap around their thin torso past where the velcro is supposed to meet in back.  You can see on both tops that the seaming all falls in the right place on the front panel and the side seams, so even though you end up with extra fabric in the back, the front fits great.  Yay!
